Webb30 mars 2024 · Improving diet is a key goal of public health, as a substantial fraction of global morbidity and mortality is attributable to dietary imbalances. 1 These imbalances include insufficient consumption of vegetables, fruits, and whole grains, and excessive intake of refined carbohydrates and meat. Webb1 mars 2024 · We conducted a cross-country study with a total sample of 5928 consumers from 10 countries worldwide and used the Theory of Planned Behavior as a theoretical framework, to examine the mediating effect of attitude towards traditional eating on the behavioral intention to adopt a healthy diet (target behavior).
