WebMegabus cancelled my return trip from Washington to New York by the evening of 9/19/22. Sadly, this situation forced me to purchase new return tickets to New York with the reservation code: A***EWI. I requested compensation for the damages suffered or a refund of the return tickets. But they say No or even ignore my messages. It's a shame!!!
