The spring on the slide stop lever should be under, or captured by, the top locking block pin. If it is not, then there isn’t enough tension to keep the lever down and it could then flop around and lock the slide open. WebApr 23, 2024 · Can't pull slide all the way back. Any assistance or ideas would be greatly appreciated. I assembled a G19-size P80 with a Swenson slide and Silencerco Barrel. I have an old G19. The Swenson/SilencerCo upper fits on the Glock. The Glock upper fits on the Polymer80. I assume the base of the barrel is hitting the locking block.
WebMay 1, 2024 · The UMC was just barely 125PF, Freedom Munitions also, BTW. 2nd, I have discovered that some aftermarket recoil springs are too large in diameter for the Polymer80 locking block. In my case ISMI 15 pound. The spring was touching and scraping the finish off both sides of the locking block.
