WebRastvor treba primeniti u obliku infuzije tokom 30 do 60 min. Infuziju deci treba davati tokom 1 do 2 sata. Stariji pacijenti. Amikacin se izlučuje putem bubrega. Kada god je moguće, potrebno je proceniti funkciju bubrega i prilagoditi dozu na način koji je opisan ispod (Oštećena funkcija bubrega).
