WebThe 220uF cathode bias bypass cap at C61 is like the value in the Palomino, AC30, Liverpool and probably others. I think this gives the amp a little fatter bottom end. These amps might go lower than 75ohm for the cathode resistor (R94) but I was worried about running the EL84s too hot. There’s definitely no red plating now.
